Obviously, the best layout is the one that makes you most comfortable while you are working.

I'll walk you through my thought process for my desk so you can see if any of it applies to you.

I have an outward facing desk at my office, so I like the center of the desk to be open, so that I can see a guest that might be in my office. At home, my desk is in a corner like yours, but my desk is set up the same as my office desk. I guess I like consistency!

I am right handed, so I prefer a desk return on the right side (looks like you have that on both sides so it won't matter). So the printer goes to my right, and then the monitors so they are next to each other. They usually wind up meeting in the corner of the desk.

That leaves a clear space to spread things out in the center.

It looks very similar to what you have already.

I have had workspaces where I had to set up the desk with the monitors on my left side, and noticed that I didn't like working in that space. Maybe because it was different, but probably because it wasn't optimal for me.

I don't practice feng shui, so I can't speak to that. But I can say that an office set up that helps you work efficiently and effectively will improve your energy and performance.

I need a to scale floor plan , info as to your businees type , are you the only one using the space . Too much missing info to help. there is a" 9 ways to feng shui your office" on line maybe that can help you I think the pic is also skewed with not a real idea of the space . I find when you are comfortable in a space somehow it also incorporates some feng shui elements but if thta is ahuge issue for you ten we need a ton more info. Maybe read that info I suggested to help

aside from a major edit, I would put bother monitors on the window side.

Use the natural light from the window on your face for conferencing.

I was thinking monitors on the window wall or the wall straight ahead. The location they are in now feels very closed off

I was thinking window wall too! But the desk drops to a lower elevation on that side. I was thinking straight ahead too but the whole back to the door thing isn’t ideal. I hate being surprised 😂
