Wall paint color doesn't exist in a vacuum. What is the color of your furniture, art, rugs, cabinets, etc.

I picked the "white" wall color that worked best with my furniture and art, which are all warm toned.

Or would there be any other colours you'd recommend?

Classic Gray, Benjamin Moore. Pretty with dark floors and contrast walls to floor won't be as severe.

Light, white/off-white walls with a dark floor can feel intense maybe even harsh. A wall color with a little more color creates a softer, easier atmosphere.
