Despite our house having numbers next to the front door, delivery people often leave packages at our neighbor's houses. We think it may be because the house number is blocked by some trees before you turn up the driveway.
So we added numbers on the retaining walls on both sides of the driveway right by the road. But the stone is grey and the numbers are black. We thought they would be more obvious, but when you're coming up the road, it's really easy to miss them.
Looking for opinions: Paint the numbers? If so, what color? Or paint the stone (one block) that the numbers are mounted on? If so, what color?
Our house has dark grey siding and tan accents fwiw.
