I’ve always had white baseboards but you could always paint them the wall color but in satin. I’ve never had a problem with painters caulk once it’s painted over (silicone isn’t paintable but I assume you are using the term silicone to mean caulk)

Baseboards actually look the best if they are painted the color of the trim. Since your trim is all white, I would want the baseboards white too. If your windows were all black like those sliding doors, then I would suggest, you paint all the trim, including the baseboards black.

I would paint the walls and all the trim in BM Cedar Keys, different sheens

leave the black on the doors as is.

for such a small space, keep the color consistant, the highlights in the space will stand out.
