Are the downrods hinged where they meet the canopy or are they unhinged and fastened tight against the canopy? If it's the latter, is the ceiling level? What's the brand and model of the chandelier?

It’s a RH dupe we got from this Chinese website. I know, quite risky but I was communicating with them back-and-forth for a while and they sent other paperwork over for it and in real life it looks exactly the same… It’s quite nice. Just leveling this leveling issue….
