It should not matter as long as they have enough from the SAME LOT number for your entire floor plus waste and a couple of boxes for "oh sh*ts down the road.

I would want to be sure the color was the same, pattern as exactly the same, etc., etc.. No guarantees from lot to lot, same with most anything else in the way of building materials.

Would a hot house effect the wood? Nope. Just be sure that it acclimated properly to the homes condition before install.
