Entry away Triangle Space

Our entryway has a little triangle cut out right by the stairs. I am hoping for some suggestions on what we can do to fill the space. Definitely thinking of a bowl for keys, but struggling on what else we can add. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

If it is close to natural light, I would put some plants on it. Perhaps put a narrow table or bench in front of it.

A bowl with keys is handy, but you should opt for height/balance/soften and importantly detract from all the sharp angles.
