Hello! We are ready to make some cosmetic updates to our exterior. I'm not expecting any changes to be structural so I don't think I need an architect per se. Why not get some ideas from this community?

1)Replacing windows (we will do full window replacement, not inserts to preserve as much view as possible). So this will mean stucco work and then repainting. Thoughts on adding shutters to upper front window?

2) Painting- ready to bid farewell to all the beige/brown and go with something in a green/blue family for the beach location.

3) Replacing front door and maybe garage door.

4) For the decks, we can either leave as is (new paint colors)- or try something new. We have seen many types of new deck construction methods we like (cable railing/glass panels)- but there is also a degree of privacy that comes with the tongue and groove/solid railing. Since there are 3 decks all the same, it will be a significant cost to try to redo all of them. Could be something that waits for a future phase?

FYI- the ocean views are from the rear of the house.
