What parts are you painting? I assume the stucco is staying (needs to be washed). I like the white trim with a poppy accent color. If you don’t like the blue orange? Mainly this property needs landscaping.

We’re planning to paint the full exterior and will start with pressure washing beforehand. I’m not sure if we should consider changing the color, though it sounds like you like the current one. Given the characteristics of the property, we’re a bit unsure which direction to take. Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

The stucco appears to be an interesting color and other than periodic cleaning needs minimal maintenance. This I would just paint the other items to work with it- why add more cost?

I had a building with this color stucco and we did black fox for all trim and lime green for accents (fourteen foot front doors)

I really like what exists, if it were fresher and cleaner overall. The turquoise adds a pop against the mustard stucco. Just add some great landscaping after cleaning it up and refreshing things.
