Help! The pull-down hose retracted into the faucet, can't get it back

Dummy me disconnected the aerator head incorrectly on the kitchen faucet and the pull-down hose retracted back into the neck of the faucet beyond the point that I can reach it with my fingers. How do I get it back out? It's a Delta kitchen faucet.

Can you go under the sink and just push the hose back up into the faucet?

eta You may need someone to grab the hose when you push it so that it doesn’t slip down again.

Yes! That was it --- thank you!!! I was able to push it far enough so I could reach up and pull it down. Viola! Problem solved.

I probably should get myself one of those things LoneJack linked to. Yesterday I cleaned the hair out of the bathroom sink drain. Yuck. It wasn't too bad, just used my fingers and a pipe cleaner, but still...yuck.
