A DIY will reglaze will last a year, professional (if done properly) a couple years. Neither is a long term solution and will cause you more money, aggravation and grief when it looks like hell and the balance of the bathroom still looks great.

Just replace it. Reglazing is just paint, and doesn't last.

I did one myself in order to sell a house. The smell is horrendous and getting a dripless finish is difficult using the recommended sponge roller. I had to wet sand drippy spots at the end. They've probably replaced it by now.
