Foyer update needed!

Please help me with this wall in my foyer. When both doors are open (the front door and the doors to living room/hallway) the mirror or whatever is hanging no longer looks centered. I know the mirror is too small but it was sitting around and there was a nail there. Also, green floors are not staying.

Do you need to have doors on the opening that leads to living room/hallway? It seems odd to have to open a door to go to the living room/hallway.

Well right off the foyer is the den but we have it as a game room for my teens boys and it nice to be able to shut those doors for noise. Im standing in the game room when I took the photos.

It’s hard to tell without a floor plan… is it an option to remove the doors to the living room and add doors to the den?

The mirror position seems fine but a larger mirror or art would be better. It looks like the light fixture is not centered as it doesn’t line up with the mirror.
