We need a to scale floor plan of the whole cottage every window, doorway where those lead every meausrement clearly marked posted here in jpeg format in a comment . DO NOT start another post . Right now all you will get is useless help without any idea of the space

If it were me, I would prioritize storage and then have a small area where I could plop down a laptop for a zoom meeting but a lot depends on what you need/how you will live in the space
