concerning sad clivia plant...

last year

The original plant, about 15 years old, is in a very sad state. It has created four offsets, all withing the same pot. It lives outdoors in the summer only, heretofore has been healthy, and mamma bloomed beautifully for many years (it is a soft yellow color).

But this summer, the leaves have looking very unhealthy -- yellowed and with spots of brown. The offsets are doing the same thing.

Is there any hope of saving this? Or has it declined past the point of salvage? What do I do??
