Three unmatched items hanging from bathroom ceiling

My husband is remodeling our master bathroom and has placed a chandelier as I requested. The ceiling is white oak that has brown reddish with age. Today he surprised me by showing me a ceiling heater, along with a vent, mounted at the top of the wall. These two items have a very industrial look. Please give me an idea of how I might bring together these three disparate items to not make the ceiling just look cluttered.

My initial thought was that the light fixture needed to be much larger to light the space and take one's eye away from the other items.
