We need more info and why stuck on SW? I think a medical office would eb the last place I would do dark walls and in some dreary gray/ brown. We need pics of the space I ma curious as to waht display ins in the cases and I assume this is not the waiting room.

IMO a lighter wall color for sure what I see is a very dated color on the walls that drags the wole space down I wear glasses and I lkke to see what they look like is a bright lit space why not the wall color to match the trim but in a different sheen . Myself with all the wood I would choose areally soft green for the walls I use this BM color called Healing Aloe cut 50 % when I want just ahint of color it looks awesome with woods.BTW when SW tries to color match it is not quite right . IMO BM just a better quality paint .

walls, ceiling and trim. leave the dark doors and furniture as is... would be calm and fresh.

add color and texture with very soft muted aqua accents.
