For resale I would keep it fairly simple. Out of those, I would pick the Sernatra.

Is your present light centered on your table?

So many directions you can go…keep in mind your ceiling height..can you post the height?

It is a low ceiling and, no, it's not centered over the table, a problem that I've lived with. That is not something I will fix before I move because of the type of ceiling.

Found another similar to Sernata that may be nicer and super inexpensive.

With your ceiling height your light can not be more than 28” in total height from ceiling….that should include at least 10” of chain…so light should be only 18” in height…I would look at semi flush chandeliers it will also help with the off center position of the light.
