Waht are you wanting to light with them. I would do a nice vertical wall light on either side of the enty door and be done . Those soffit lights will shine into the bedrooms and honestly not light much else.. IMO walkwayslights are more important than what you are planning . If you insist then in between the windows

Outdoor lighting should follow Dark Sky Principles. That means no soffit lights which serve no purpose. The downlights that illumate the porch are all you need. If those porch lights could be modified to just illuminate the porch and not the brick they would be even better.

Do people need to find the front door from the sidewalk? Use low-voltage path lights.

It seems you are trying to use light as the decoration instead of light highlighting the decoration. In this case it doesn't seem appropriate or adding to night-time curb appeal.

I can’t think of a house where I’ve seen soffit lighting that enhanced the house.

I have never heard of this so I had to google residential soffit lighting and it looks very commercial. Your light under your porch is nice by itself. Walkway lights sound nice.
