First who is using the space 2 adults or mostly kids with tiwn beds ? You can also do a rtundle bed that allows a twin to become king. We need a lot more info. IMO a guest room doea not require a dresser but I do like a chair , a flod away luggage rack . Where is the closet ? IMO only one place for a queen bed and that is in front of the window on the 11'6" wall . But IMO you need to provide info as to your usual guests. MY advice is to cut out both a queen bed and the twin s to the same scale as the room you posted and play with where rhose pices can go and allow good walk space and ae do need to know where the closet is

If a queen bed is on the 11'6 wall then the 7'7 wall could hold a daybed that doubles as a comfy sofa for relaxing or can be used for naps or as a bed for an extra person.
