Replace window hardware

I would like to replace the hardware crank and locks on my windows. They operate just fine but I would like them to be white. I don’t know who made my windows (I’m the third owner - bought the house when it was 17 years old and that was 10 years ago). I don’t think painting them is a good strategy because it will rub off and get dirty. Can someone help?
