Rain while re-roofing - what should be done next?

last year

We are in the middle of construction and getting our roof replaced. The first layer of wood had been put on a couple of days ago and some black material laid out on top of it in parts. The shingles are not on yet. We had rain forecast yesterday. It turned out to be mostly a steady drizzle and then a downpour for about an hour or so. The crew did not have sufficient tarp and in the middle of the rain, they were struggling to get some parts covered. We don't have any more rain forecast but its going to be cold and dry the next week to ten days.

My question: Should I be concerned about the wood? Could the roofing materials have been damaged, and what should they do next?
