transplanting in a drought

last year

So I usually carry out massive transplanting now of groundcovers and shrubby stuff, but with our severe drought Ive been afraid to anything. Do you think anything would not mind the stress - ferns, hosta, siberian iris, liriope, nepeta?? Anything at all?
