I'd like to make a suggestion. When i looked at the picture all I saw was lines. Pendants, fans, pictures, curtains, etc. So I would take everything off the walls. Not much of it is rustic. Move the TV to the left of the FP. Widen the curtain rods at least 6 inches wider than the windows. Panels should be longer but at least press them, so they hang in soft folds. Move the floor lamp to the corner of the sofa, Good Luck

I think this room editing, Remove 2 of the pendants and replace them with recessed lights on a dimmer. Remove the wood (?) piece that is on top of the hood. It’s all very dark and could use some lighter accents. You could add blues and/or greens to add some lightness without sacrificing your rustic taste. I would also remove the grey ottoman or at least add a navy or green tray to it.

Replace the two tables flanking the fireplace with a pair of large matching bureaus or sideboards in your rustic theme. I'm looking online for something as an example but you get the idea.

Then hang a matching pair of hunting scenes or nature scenes over each one.

I'm also looking for something for the upper portion of the fireplace other than a trophy head or antlers but something like that or wall art.

By "rustic" do you mean: mountain lodge/cabin, or ski lodge.

Are you happy with the rich wood color of your kitchen. Are you keeping the couch/furniture? Keeping the wall color?

A few thoughts of mine is raise to raise the curtains/rod up higher. At the current height they are, they make the room look squatty, especially in comparison the the fireplace's height, and the adjoining kitchen cabinets.

TV seems a bit high too..., could you add a fireplace mantel? Maybe curtains and pillow cases in an pattern to add a bit of color and visual interest. Either way you have a beautiful home and can so so much with it. :)

I would move the tv to the left of the fireplace and hang it over a rustic console…add an oversized piece of statement art on fireplace…add a rustic carved chest on right side of fireplace with a big round mirror and pottery style lamp..add sconces on window wall…raise drapery rods up much higher and add rich deep rustic print fabric drapes.

The bones are all right there so you don't have to do a lot. Different wall color, new kitchen lights, new kitchen stools, TV to the right of the fireplace on an extendable arm.

Beams, another paint color for the walls, ottoman with a rustic fabric, ditto for throw pillows, nothing hanging on walls unless it is important rustic (not recommending the deer head, poor guy).
