Score the drywall so the countertop can push into it. Caulk and paint it and noone will know

Either as Hallett & Co. said or, back rod and silicone caulk. I had to do that behind my vanity but my top was white so an easier match.

Or scribe to the wall and cut the top to fit.

I tmight be too late to scribe to the wall now. That should have been done before the counter was put in place. Caulking is about all you can do right now.

Maybe an easy fix. Get a piece of 1/4 round and fit it to the top of the countertop. A small bead of caulk on both sides of the 1/4 round may hold it in place. Paint the 1/4 round the same color as the wall.

You can use color-matching caulk or silicone, which is flexible and blends well with the countertop.
