My dining room table from pottery barn that I've had for less than 1 year was recently destroyed by someone who felt it was a good idea to leave an acetone soaked paper towel directly on my table. So the acetone obviously damaged that whole section of table, pottery barn referred me to someone who said it would cost $1500 plus they'd have to hold onto the table for 4-6 weeks. Does anyone think this is a reasonable fee? It sounds like a lot. Just curious.
