Wood is walnut….

How about Eileen gray tables you still need lighting on them too from what I see there is no way for people in the chairs to reach that coffee table . They are adjustable so even together like this could work

Thanks for the suggestion. The seating is only 15” from the coffee table so it’s really not hard to reach even if it looks like it in the picture.

I like that table, but if I go with wood I’d prefer to stay with walnut. The corner pedestal is walnut, the kitchen counter stools have walnut dowels, and the dining table on order is walnut.

Very similar to the walnut Sisyphus kinetic art sand table. I think the rotating surfaces are offset, though, which might not work with the bonsai tree.

I have two thoughts. First is since your furniture is so curvilinear perhaps introducing some small square or rectangular table might be a good foil. On the other hand maybe continuing your curvilinear look might also work. Perhaps two low circular ottomans with trays on top might compliment what you have.

Had a thought..a similar base to what you already have in the corner and place the bonsai there. Variation of height will be more interesting, the bonsai will be better appreciated and then a side table can be more functional. I found some lovely solid walnut tables but without knowing your budget, there are endless choices.
