Mixing metals help

Open concept kitchen and family room with brass fixtures in kitchen. family room needs a chandelier, dining room needs one and foyer as well. attaching pics. dont realky want matchy matchy but insure if i can add another like a black chandelier since the rooms are so close to one another. this is the model home. i will be hanging white with brass goodman pendants over island and was hoping for a brass fuxture in dining room so really stumped by foyer near stairs and family area.

I find black light fixtures too heavy in most cases especially a washed out interior like shown. Please have them hang the fixtures lower, all the ones in the model look too high in pictures (could be the lens)

Thank you. unfortunately i just have chiuce with regard to finishes. brass, or black in these instances. any guidnace with that? thx!.

this is just the model. it isn't my furniture etc. what is washed out about it and how would you suggest i make it less washed out? i prefer a wabi sabi japandi look.

Sorry but lighting is chosen IMO after all the furniture placement is in then you see what you need for lighting . .I dislike all the gold toned. brass stuff that is now on trend I hated brass the first time around so for sure would not let it drive the bus now . I do not think black is a choice i would make for japandi style but who knows with no idea of your space and furniture/
