Zline RA48 Dual Fuel Range

I have a Zline Dual Fuel Gas Range (Model RA48, approximately 2020-2021) with dual electric ovens. I'm struggling to calibrate the oven temperature. The range has no digital readout panel—just knobs—and there’s no information online or in the user manual for calibrating this model.
The issue is that when the knob is set to 350°, the oven reaches 425°, as verified with two separate oven thermometers. The sliding thermometer inside the oven doesn’t seem to make a difference, no matter where I position it. Additionally, the knob itself doesn’t appear to have any calibration adjustment. When I removed the screws from the knob, it just came loose as if for replacement, but there was no mechanism for adjustment that I can see.
If anyone knows how to fix this, your help would be greatly appreciated. I can’t reach support until Monday, so I’m hoping to find a solution in the meantime. Thanks in advance!

I saw those same results on the Google search, from Google Gemini AI, it's just a generalized answer, this stove doesn't have that adjustment screw that I can find anywhere.

You need a 2mm slotted blade with a 2.5 to 3" (7.62 cm) blade to do the job. You will notice he does not do any adjusting in the video, because he has the wrong tool."

Fortunately you can buy a 2mm x 100mm (~4") screwdriver from Amazon

Thank you so much but I need to know how to calibrate the temperature in the oven not the burners on the top. At 350° on the oven the temperature reaches 425°. I just need to calibrate it.

Watch the video. The subject is adjusting the oven, not the cooktop burners. The commenter used the term "burners" but that's not what the video covers. I don't know whether a long-bladed screwdrivers is needed to reach the oven's adjustment screw. You need to check it yourself.

Oh okay yes, I had found that video before I made this post, he is adjusting a stove that has a gas oven, my stove is gas for the burners on top, however my oven areas are electric. When I remove my knobs to adjust the thermostat to my oven, The knob shaft is solid and does not have a center area to insert a screwdriver. My knob module is electric to control the thermostat and I still cannot find anything that aids in calibrating the thermostat. Other electric stoves can have adjustment at the knob where you rotate it left and right to increase or decrease visible temperature so it becomes accurate with the reading, but this area it does not have that feature.

Yeah and per ZLine customer service today there is no adjustment or calibration. My last cheap electric stove had an oven calibration at the knob. In fact all my electric ovens have. Unbelievable a range this expensive cannot be calibrated.
