I stay in a beach rental every February and they have a glass fridge. It’s cool that you can see what you have without opening the door but also all your food is on display? I wouldn’t want that if my fridge was visible from public areas. Also thinking about my current fridge I like the door storage sir a million small things like condiments that would get lost shoved to the back otherwise.

I have a SZ, and had one in our previous home. Always thought the glass door model was silly. Why would I want the insides of my fridge on display? Don’t know about you, but with the men in my household using the fridge, the shelves are rarely free of drips and sticky spots. Nor are the items worthy of being displayed.

^^^^This. Mine is also paneled. Dishwasher, too. Both appliances blend in with the cabinetry.
