Shower door hinge is loose

My shower door doesn’t fully close anymore because I think the hinge isn’t flush to the wall. You can see it loosening and exposing some screws. I’m not sure where to tighten it and sadly I don’t know the model of this hinge. Any ideas? The two big screws on the right are super tight and I'm not sure what they're for (I imagine to tighten the glass)? The white caps cover some allen screws that also hold the glass tight.

If I'm looking at the picture correctly, It looks like the part that is coming off needs to be tightened at the back. You probably need to remove the hinge from the wall tighten the bolt holding the assembly together and screw it back to the wall. Be gentle with the screws mounting the hinge to the wall. You don't want to crack the tile.
