My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Siding replacement - specific location ?

last year

We will repaint 1980s cedar siding home will swap out cedar for cedar in al places EXCEPt bottom bosrd vlose to ground AND to cut where cedar siding meets the a frame roof line on part of house (slight rot on end of each board) Vinyl/PVC or hardieboard for that one place. Not terrinly wooried about opitcs as theae are bottom boards out of the way of view
