Paver squares with gritty non-slip surface

I have some 12 inch concrete paver squares in the back yard at the bottom of the steps. The yard is sloped downhill and I slipped on one when it was rainy. Looking for a simple cheap way to put a coating of sand or grit on the surface so I won't slip and fall. I'm often wearing rubber flip-flops which have no traction. Is there a specific type of Rustoleum (or other) spray can that would work (without me having to mix a 2 part epoxy, etc)
