Hardware/pulls for kitchen

We are putting in white raised panel (SW Ultrawhite) cabinets for much of the kitchen, but the island and range hood will be stained hickory wood. The exterior doors leading into the kitchen have antique bronze hinges and knobs.

We are looking at a linear chandelier for over the island, and I would appreciate ideas on that. My taste leans toward traditional/french country (not American french country, but more like actual french country with the wrinkles and bumps) ... and the botanical themes are attractive to me, as well.

I will be picking out door and draw hardware, as well.

Our appliances are all stainless, and I'm planning on a single-basin sink with a good practical tall faucet, perhaps brushed/matte nickel.

Floors are light walnut italian travertine, I am planning walls to be SW Shoji White.

Would love ideas for the hardware and chandeliers. I'm not keen on matchy-matchy, but it would be nice if the linear chandelier over the island was somewhat tuned into the chandelier for the 2.8 meter table in the adjacent dining area in an open plan.

Keep in mind that upward lighting is really not task lighting and will do more to shadow your island than light it. If that doesn't bother you then ok, a chandelier type fixture would be fine. But if you actually want the light to do something then look for down lighting.

not sure how linear anything translates into french when you consider the use of scrolls and curves is more typical.

Hi @anj_p We already have a plethora of recessed lights in the kitchen, in addition to the setup for the linear fixture.

For the dining area I saw something a while back, and now I cannot find it ;p

It was a really pretty patinaed dark metal fixture with a branchy/leafy aspect. I cannot remember who made it and I cannot find the site that had it anymore. It was months ago.

Just found a company called Lowcountry Originals which had some pretty things, but I don't know anything about them. Will need to research more.

Any thoughts on hardware finishes for drawer and door pulls in a kitchen with both stained wood and painted pure white cabinets? I was thinking I would stay with the same hardware for both cabinets, but I'm not sure what would suit both.

I saw a really pretty drawer handle, and was shocked to see it was $324 per unit. Obviously NOT in my budget.

I was hoping to stay under $10 for most of the drawer and door pulls. Anyone know of a good manufacturer with traditional, french country, or botanical/natural themes to check out?
