IMO never white grout in akitchen it never stays white no matter what they tell you I would do gray the tile can be a design elemnt with non matching grout and then you need some color . For me I would not have done those tiles but they are nicely done and the white will never actually match anyway.

Agree with white - I would not want prominent grout lines; have your tile pro mock up a few sets so you can choose

Mapei Frost. IN Flexcolor CQ or Ultracolor Plus FA. It's the lightest of gray whites, which will give only a very faint contrast, so you can see mainly the texture, but so that it looks like actual tile.

I would go with Frost which is a very light gray.

Go with a color that looks like white grout when it is dirty.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I believe gray is the way to go. My tile person told me that I needed to try not to get rapid setting grout, but the color I found (frosty) is a rapid setting grout (Laticrete permacolor). Is the rapid setting grout something that is too difficult for tile professionals to work with?

Ask your Tile Professional. I assume rapid setting grout is made for tile professionals.

A real tile professional would never have any issues with Laticrete grout. A hobbyist who takes money might.
