Snow-capped mountains, maybe

I saw a picture of this pattern somewhere on-line and decided to try it. I had several yards of the solid green fabric left over from a backing I bought years ago, and I had quite a few green leftovers from other projects for the logs. It went together very quickly (except for the one log cabin block I sewed in 90 degrees wrong and had to rip out). I think this is one of those quilts that will improve tremendously when it's quilted. It finished at 54x81. Thanks for looking.

Lois, you are amazing! That is going to be another stunning quilt. Are you going to put any border or just the binding? Looking forward to seeing it quilted.

Thanks, Sue. No border; just a binding in one of the dark green prints. I’m not into FMQ, so I’ll just be doing an edge-to-edge panto, but not until next spring when I get back home to my longarm. I’m already working on another quilt called Safe Harbor. It’s very different - all new batik fabric, many different blocks, 13 different fabrics. Fun.
