I agree with the styling the sides look granny compared to the middle. But I really want to see no shelves on the sides instead.

Looks great! Love the new swivel chairs. I’m mentally sitting in one & wondering where to set my glass? Could you find very small drinks tables & set one on each side? Looks like there’s room. I do agree with ^^^ comments to reduce the photos & books on shelves. The FP is so dramatic I’d want the shelves to have same look. Between the 2 sides I see 3 larger frames that I’d leave & place on the two lower shelves. They look like they might be large enough to see their detail when standing closer to shelves & their frames lend some textural interest. All the other framed photos are too small to see unless one stands in chair space - or on chair for those above 1st shelf. The white pieces look good on shelves - give them some space around them so they pop against the black wall & find a couple more to fill in with them & the 3 largest framed photos.
