Add color! Big colorful pots filled with greenery & colorful seasonal flowers. Add colorful pillows to chairs & spread the chairs out a bit. Think about adding a round eat at table with chairs & colorful seat cushions on the other side of the patio.

Use the entire patio, a door doesn’t need that much clearance.

Seating spread out so not squished on one side, pots by pillars, plantings near patio to connect it to the yard?

Use the existing small tables between pairs of chairs, maybe add ottomans (not shown) for feet-up comfort? (With trays, those could double as coffee tables.)

This is the most inviting patio I know (not mine, but a good friend).
