Sitting a my mom's kitchen counter now. Her's are a quartz that look a whole lot like your inspiration pic but I don't know what they are called.

That material is calle dCrazy Horse and it is from a marble and granite site so my assumption one of those and IMO not for sure quartz.

Aren't you suppose to see a man pointing while riding a horse somewhere in the pattern?
