Help! Need ideas for this small hallway!!

I'm redoing my floors and decided to paint my house lighter since I've had darker walls for so long. Now I'm thinking I should change it this hallway, but don't know what to do here. Prior to this, I just had two big pictures hanging. Looking forward to your pictures/ ideas. Thank you!!!
