Aren’t those sealed between the layers of the glass? If so those aren’t going anywhere

No they aren’t sealed. You can open to clean in between the glass.

Pella offers a rather unique triple pane configuration consisting of an outboard standard sealed dual pane with an unsealed and removeable interior third lite. Pretty much the same as a dual pane with added interior storm window.

The grids are probably in between the glass of the sealed dual pane portion of the triple making them not removeable, but if you can send a picture showing the spacers at the edge of glass within the window frame, we should be able to tell if that's what you have.

They are removable because I removed some of them but not others!
