Hi this is in a bathroom tile this spot. Not quite sure what it is , I think it’s a rusted screw end but not quite clear what the metal piece that seems to be causing the rust is. What can I do to blend/hide this so it’s not such a sore thumb and have blend it into the almond/ivory around it? Thank you
