Seeking your insights on potential layouts for completing our basement.

I have attached a drawing. Each square is 6 inches. The small dark circles are basement pillars. External wall boxes is proposed external wall sheetrock finish

We want to install double walk-out French Doors to the backyard and pool. The only location where we can add them to that level is the yard and pool patio.

The proposed bathroom area is connected straight to the house's plumbing.

What are we hoping to achieve?

- We want a space that is functional with the pool and avoids us having to go upstairs all the time for the bathroom, food, and drinks.

- We are thinking of putting shelving & a refrigerator on the left wall by the sump - easy of access & hides sump.

- As for entertainment, standard family TV area, (maybe a bar & pool table) and gym area, open to your suggestions.
