Curtain lengths - please help!

last year

How should these be hemmed? I was thinking to have them hemmed to the height of the Window Sill on the right side which would bring the ones in the back up to above the wainscoting. OR, should they be Hemmed to the length of the Shorter window Sill in the back?

Please help!!! Thank you in advance!

If you are keeping the panels shown in your photos ( no comments on width of fabric or flimsiness of rods) the right ones are a good height. The shorter window panels should be hemmed to just below the window sill. The current fashion is to hang the rods somewhere between the ceiling and the top of the window. There is nothing wrong with where you have hung them.
