Hosta posters with recent Houzz problems

Along with alot of you I was unable to use the garden forums for a few weeks. I managed to get access to the forums a few days ago but just realize my profile doesnt exist any more. It wont allow me to add anything, I am denied entrance.

How about the rest of you? Suggestions?

My several attempts with customer service were a waste of time.

😭😭😭..I had issues months ago..it was such a mess..I don't think I could explain it..I lucked out when I called customer service..I said this is not a problem with an order..it's a tech issue..she was nice..it took awhile but she fixed it..I'd try calling again..I needed their help to fix my account..

even after she reactivated? reinstated? my account it still isn't "perfect"..I have "glitches" occasionally..

I had to re log in. But it still eats my posts at times. So after couple of tries I give up on posting. No suggestions here.

Sherry I was in the same lock out for weeks. I and others contacted Houzz through (Contact Houzz) at the bottom of the page and it was finally fixed. Once I was back I did notice "Your Houzz" was not there. It did show up after an hour or two. I never log out.

This morning when I came on there was a Houzz page showing a living room filling the entire page. At the top left there was a tiny bar saying "return to regular content" and I got in.

Short of you contacting them again I have no suggestions. Sorry.

Sorry you had to have stress when beginning this Hosta Alphabet again, Paula.

I couldn't access gardenweb one day, even though I didn't and don't sign out. I was able to sign into Houzz. That didn't get me into gardenweb. I contacted Houzz, as peren.all did. They then sent me a number of questions they wanted me to answer (around 8 questions?). I answered them and in a few days, there was gardenweb again.

I would guess that Gardenweb is moving toward closing down. It's obvious that they are having problems with their programming and customer service. For a long time, I just gave up being able to sign in. I couldn't sign in at all on Gardenweb. I could sign in on Houzz, but couldn't find the hosta forum. It wasn't listed in the forums.

So many companies are "folding" that it's almost scary. I was just chatting on a quilting forum. They are lamenting the closing of JoAnn stores. It's high labor prices, high energy prices, Gen Z employees who show up when they want to, high transportation costs, employees with bad educations, etc.

Of course, I'm old, so I see what a mess we're in as opposed to years earlier when things were easier than they are now.

There are a limited number of high income earners. Every business can't go after the same market share.

i have always been able to access the garden Web Forum, but it does say Houzz at the top. I have to use the GW to post pictures because Houzz does not allow me to access al my pics and folders. Once in comments I thought I was going to be able to do it, as someone else said, there isn't even a Hosta category to post it too. I never sign either. been meaning to call Houzz about the picture issue I have, but haven't gotton to it yet.
