Need Flooring Recommendation

Hello. We need some Flooring recommendations.
A fee years ago we changed the Flooring on our main floor to 12x24 tile. City Style by floor and decor. We are now wanting to remove the carpeting on our stairs and second floor.
At first we were going to install some gray LVP (Clearwater Optimax), but now thing a lighter engineered hardwood since the gray is getting a little dated. True hardwoods probably won't work because of the humidity here in Florida.
Our walls are light and dark gray.
Any recommendations?

I just put down a floor I love, White Birch, an interesting mix of light tones with gray

Be careful in choosing flooring for the stairs as the rise and the run needs to be considered so that ALL risers are the same height and still within code and comfortable to walk on.

OUr friends in South Beach just did the same marble on the main floor for stairs and upper floor . Is it possible to get the same tile or maybe just a really plain one to do the stairs . The big issue for you will be the removal of the rail and all the carpet and still stay to code for the stairs

You have to establish a vision for your home.

If you want a classic appearance you might want to eliminate the gray entirely from your home.
