Canless led light frustration. Please help!

last year

Our electrician selected 120 led lights for our new construction home that look like this. Immediately the ugly domes looked dirty. I was told I need to clean them as they constantly fill up with dust and bugs. I purposefully chose low maintenance items and these lights are unacceptable. The electrician has been no help. I want flush mount lights like the second picture but they plug in and are 6” holes. Our lights are wired in and have a 4” hole with a six” light. The dome turns in and the rest of the light is held in by screws. Can anyone tell me what I need to look for in order to replace these lights without cutting all new holes?
