Kitchen remodel help

We bought a house with Tuscan style kitchen, knotty alder cabinets, travertine floor, brown granite and brick backsplash.
We would like update the countertop and backsplash, keeping the cabinets and flooring intact.
Can you please help with selecting those? 2 quartz samples below - Cortana gold (1) and seashell (2)
Open to granite as well, looking to be budget friendly.

It appears in the pictures that you already have very nice looking countertops, so why would you want to change them. Have you moved in yet? Once you add a bit of color in accessories and outwork, your kitchen will look very nice. Save your money, since it is a new to your house, there may be many other places, that money could be well spent on. Congratulations on your new home.

The FLOORING is your boss here. Until you are willing to spend the money to change all of that, stick with what you have. It all looks good together. NONE of those new counters choices are going to work with that floor, unless they pretty much are what you already have.

Yeah, the floor is the problem. Invest your money there.

The floor may not go with any of the changes, you mentioned, but, since it looks in great condition, and it goes very well, with what you have already, and is quite expensive to change, I would leave it.

I agree the existing setup looks great, that's why I'd like to retain most of it.

I'm hoping to lighten /brighten the space with a less busy countertop and backsplash.

I'm not into the white or gray kitchens, but would definitely like a less busy granite.

Any recommendations outside the two I posted?

We loved Bianco Montana as well

Nice wood kitchen, I agree! Add knobs on doors and pulls on drawers for one thing (having no cabinet hardware is very 90s/2000's) and while your initial counter samples are truly wrong for this kitchen, I think there are lighter (not in the realm of white though) counter options out there that have the same undertone as your bossy floor, and don't have the dated, spotty, cat throw up looking granite that you are understandably wanting to get rid of! Something similar in tone to your wall paint perhaps. Redoing your backsplash tile to a simple off white will do a lot to lighten things at eye level too. If you search Maria Killam's color blog for updating wood cabinets or working with travertine floors, you will find more kind and helpful advice that you're getting so far.

With your floor, I would go for a light granite that has some beige in it.
