Hi, I’m having the hardest time picking out curtains. I’m struggling with finding a color that looks good with both my couch and paint. I have Sherwin Williams Alabaster walls. I really like the look of sheer curtains but I’m noticing I need something thicker to insulate my windows better. I know for a fact that I will have bamboo shades and I’ve been debating doing either single or double hung curtains over them. My living room is in the works so please don’t mind the unfinished trim and bareness. Also, the only furniture I’d really like to stay is the couch (possibly side tables). Everything else (coffee table, lamp) can and will be switched (eventually). I can buy more pieces for my couch which I’m going to do and I’d eventually like a chair to the right of it. I do plan to get a nice rug and throw blankets/pillows but window treatments are my priority right now. Thank you
