I’m looking for a software platform to do floor plans to use for room layouts.
It needs 2d and 3d, and rendering ability. And good training resources.

I’ve experimented with HomeStyler but it is wonky in many ways: stairs are challenging to add, rendering in “normal” mode shows a room floating in NYC, and the training videos are vague and some links go to an inactive YouTube channel. Lots of red flags, so it isn’t the answer.
Should I go to SketchUp? Or is there something else I should explore
