FLOR makes carpet tiles that we have used and work great. Could be placed in a long configuration. They provide stickers to hold down the edges. Easy to clean just pull up the dirty piece and washable. Here is the link:

A floor store can take any wall-to-wall carpeting and cut and bind it to any size or length. They could make one long piece but cleaning could be an issue. Wool is best for wear and comfort.

What is the flooring underneath? As it affects what things can be left on top of it ( hardwood for example).

I think you will need something grippy for underneath. And typically will need custom for doing 15’ continuous, both the rounded and a rug pad.
Also it would be helpful to think what other rooms open off the hall, for how “ feet” encounter the rug edges, and how it’s visible; whether it includes an outdoor entry way for which you may want a separate smaller washable component.

The flooring underneath is hardwood. At the end of that long hallway is a big bonus room. Then at the opposite end is the stairway to the main level. Also off that hallway are three bedrooms, a laundry room and a bathroom. Something grippy? Are you talking about a rug pad? What do you think of three high-quality custom 4’ x 15’ rugs as in the first picture above?

Personally my OCD would drive me insane when multiple runners slip and don't line up exactly. I would look into a single custom runner.

Your flooring company can tell you what materials are safe for the flooring finish. I would draw the actual floorplan to see where the ends of such individual rugs would fall, or is there logic in having different lengths. Is the hallway 48” wide & you’re thinking to go edge to edge? That almost makes temporary carpet , or bound carpet sections, make more sense, or even an alternative just not trying to cover such a long hall. Also don’t like “ expensive non- returnable” online order! How could you know how it “ lies” or functions?

Then I’m not sure it’s helpful to try to essentially butt those rugs up against each other. And just aesthetically, I agree with typeandrun they would surely separate under hard use.

So general pro advice is either one long bound new piece of carpet, or advice on this as an option instead of 3 runners. 🫤
